The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When SubaV's Ali Kürşat Serdengeçti in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye DS ACADEMY TEAM's goalie prevented a goal. The corner went over the outstretched arms of DS ACADEMY TEAM's goalie and right to Patrice Delsaut. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. DS ACADEMY TEAM's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After some careless play in the SubaV defense, Ayberk Akgün kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erkut Tun. The SubaV fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erkut Tun should have stopped the shot. Ayberk Akgün recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ayberk Akgün sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 24 minutes into the match, SubaV's goal looked a bit too open when Ayberk Akgün came free, but Erkut Tun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kyle Robinson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ercüment Acıbadem, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. SubaV's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lionel Bolton in the 29th minute. DS ACADEMY TEAM's Ayberk Akgün got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Garip Zaid hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ercüment Acıbadem in the 39th minute of play forced DS ACADEMY TEAM's goalkeeper Kyle Robinson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute, Jerold Lara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ayberk Akgün to strike the kick off in the second half. Erkut Tun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ayberk Akgün, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, DS ACADEMY TEAM's Ayberk Akgün ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Erkut Tun. Erkut Tun yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind SubaV's goalkeeper Erkut Tun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 66 minutes into the match, Ayberk Akgün had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erkut Tun. SubaV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ayberk Akgün was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. The supporters of DS ACADEMY TEAM booed when SubaV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ercüment Acıbadem didn't get a good kick on the ball. DS ACADEMY TEAM's Konstanty Pacholewski was substituted for Barnaba Jarocewicz. After a rather tough play, SubaV's Ercüment Acıbadem got a free kick in the 73rd minute. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Ayberk Akgün put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Erkut Tun. DS ACADEMY TEAM's Kyle Robinson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrice Delsaut in the 81st minute of play. Ayberk Akgün sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ayberk Akgün took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Erkut Tun. Erkut Tun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Erkut Tun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ayberk Akgün went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xu Qi during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 96th match minute, SubaV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xu Qi to maneuver through the defense. DS ACADEMY TEAM were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over SubaV's much stronger midfield.
