Davi Lendaa started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Give Peace a Chance's Lex Punke got a free kick in the 4th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 6th minute of the game. One of ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Give Peace a Chance:s goal. Mattias Hilger shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Bruno Untermann stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Davi Lendaa's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. In the 18th minute of the match, Lu Sang tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Iosif Tsoleridis saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Iosif Tsoleridis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mattias Hilger in the 21st minute. In the 23rd minute Davi Lendaa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Untermann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lu Sang in the 26th minute of play forced ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ's goalkeeper Iosif Tsoleridis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Mattias Hilger could shoot a difficult shot in the 29th minute, which Iosif Tsoleridis however easily saved by the left post. After having played for 31 minutes, Nektarios Dourekas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nektarios Dourekas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 35th minute of the match Give Peace a Chance got a corner. ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lex Punke ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, Give Peace a Chance's Hinrich Heinzmann got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 44th minute Give Peace a Chance were awarded a corner. Lex Punke went to the cornerflag to take it. Give Peace a Chance's Lex Punke was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Iosif Tsoleridis in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Bruno Untermann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Davi Lendaa in the 47th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mattias Hilger stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lex Punke kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Iosif Tsoleridis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvester Schwede in the 57th minute of play. Iosif Tsoleridis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lu Sang's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stathis Iordanis during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 61 played minutes ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ got a freekick which was hit by Stathis Iordanis. In the 65th minute of the match, Nektarios Dourekas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bruno Untermann saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Iosif Tsoleridis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mattias Hilger in the 71st minute of the match. Iosif Tsoleridis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mattias Hilger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ defense, Mattias Hilger kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iosif Tsoleridis. The ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iosif Tsoleridis should have stopped the shot. ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ's Kerem Aktürkoglu was substituted for Kleanthis Lianos. A collision led to Give Peace a Chance getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Leonid Junginger hit a great ball. In the 82nd minute Davi Lendaa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Untermann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after Give Peace a Chance's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Anthimos Nioras took the corner. Nektarios Dourekas made a great header on ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ's corner, it was just that Give Peace a Chance's Bruno Untermann managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 85th minute, Silvester Schwede got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 86th minute, Werner Zernicke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iosif Tsoleridis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0.
