Spectators: 184 (Terracing: 139, Seating: 42, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Vitko Kozlov made the kick off which started today's match. Tzvetoslav Desov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nick Heesen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 13 minutes into the match, Nick Heesen notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of SvE United's Tzvetoslav Desov. Tzvetoslav Desov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nick Heesen in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tzvetoslav Desov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vitko Kozlov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 20 minutes into the match, SvE United's goal looked a bit too open when Nick Heesen came free, but Tzvetoslav Desov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Georg Hagberg managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when SvE United's Hristo Stoichkov fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nick Heesen in the 23rd minute of play forced SvE United's goalkeeper Tzvetoslav Desov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nick Heesen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ágætis Byrjun's Georg Hagberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Ágætis Byrjun from getting a goal against them. Zlatan Denishev got a throw-in 30 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Spiro Mutashki. In the 34th minute, Nick Heesen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ágætis Byrjun fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Georg Hagberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonny Kleen in the 46th minute of the match. After the first half Ágætis Byrjun were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nick Heesen to make the kick off. The supporters of SvE United booed when Ágætis Byrjun was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nick Heesen didn't get a good kick on the ball. 56 minutes into the match, SvE United's goal looked a bit too open when Nick Heesen came free, but Tzvetoslav Desov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nasko Shatov kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hristo Stoichkov in the 64th minute of play forced Ágætis Byrjun's goalkeeper Georg Hagberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to SvE United getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Spiro Mutashki hit a great ball. Tzvetoslav Desov came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Ágætis Byrjun's Nick Heesen. But to his dismay, Nick Heesen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Ágætis Byrjun made a substitution. Alejandro dos Santos replaced Gert van den Bergh. SvE United's defense didn't have a chance, in the 75th minute, when Nick Heesen scored to the left of an out of position Tzvetoslav Desov, making the score, 0-4. Georg Hagberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Spiro Mutashki in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 83rd minute Jonny Kleen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georg Hagberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tzvetoslav Desov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nick Heesen in the 85th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Spiro Mutashki notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Ágætis Byrjun's Georg Hagberg. Georg Hagberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ágætis Byrjun's Jelte Reitsma was substituted for Ernst Melis. When Nick Heesen came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Ágætis Byrjun fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nick Heesen couldn't finish the play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ágætis Byrjun walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
