Ditlev Delmont fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moises Francho having to interfere. Georg Hagberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elari Eesti in the 12th minute of play. Ágætis Byrjun's Georg Hagberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elari Eesti in the 13th minute of play. Moises Francho came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Ágætis Byrjun's Nick Heesen. But to his dismay, Nick Heesen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. When Ágætis Byrjun's Nick Heesen in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Coruña FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 24th minute, Nick Heesen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Moises Francho was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. La Coruña FC's Moises Francho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save La Coruña FC from getting a goal against them. Georg Hagberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octavio Arnau in the 28th minute of play. Georg Hagberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elari Eesti in the 28th minute of the match. If Octavio Arnau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nick Heesen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moises Francho having to interfere. Moises Francho was a little too slow when Nick Heesen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 3-0. Through an outstanding action, after 44 minutes, Moises Francho successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elari Eesti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Nick Heesen notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of La Coruña FC's Moises Francho. Moises Francho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to La Coruña FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Matei Irimia hit a great ball. 56 minutes into the game, Ágætis Byrjun's Nick Heesen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Moises Francho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. After having played for 59 minutes, Ditlev Delmont managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ágætis Byrjun's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ditlev Delmont was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A sloppy throw-in by Paúl Laime in the 61st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by La Coruña FC's Genaro Joachim. Vitaliy Vorobey took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Moises Francho. La Coruña FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 73 minutes into the game, Nick Heesen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ágætis Byrjun fans cheered their team off the field, for while La Coruña FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
