Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joélson Laguna in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cirilo Frederico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Through an outstanding action, after 12 minutes, Gavino Ubarna successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 13 minutes into the match, Kiev FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joélson Laguna came free, but Cirilo Frederico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th match minute, FISHBONE 06 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sayvion Tamargo to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the match, Anselmo Iturri notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of FISHBONE 06's Gavino Ubarna. Gavino Ubarna was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 25th minute, Anselmo Iturri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kiev FC's Cirilo Frederico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joélson Laguna in the 28th minute of play. The supporters of Kiev FC booed when FISHBONE 06 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sayvion Tamargo didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Kiev FC's Gavino Ubarna threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Anselmo Iturri, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 40th minute, Sayvion Tamargo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FISHBONE 06's Gavino Ubarna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save FISHBONE 06 from getting a goal against them. Cirilo Frederico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Branislav Cokić in the 45th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Branislav Cokić to strike the kick off in the second half. When Joélson Laguna came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the FISHBONE 06 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joélson Laguna couldn't finish the play. Anselmo Iturri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gavino Ubarna read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Cirilo Frederico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joélson Laguna, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Iturri in the 67th minute of play forced FISHBONE 06's goalkeeper Gavino Ubarna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rekib Božić in the 77th minute of play forced Kiev FC's goalkeeper Cirilo Frederico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cirilo Frederico dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 95 minutes into the match, Kiev FC's goal looked a bit too open when Muamer Hamdić came free, but Cirilo Frederico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
