Sundens BK's Per Eliasson got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 35th minute of the game. One of Defensores del Albinegro:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sundens BK:s goal. Cornelio Merexildo had in the 37thth minute some difficulties stopping Jan-Ove Lindmark's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Cornelio Merexildo came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Sundens BK's Jan-Ove Lindmark. But to his dismay, Jan-Ove Lindmark quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Albert Gernberg during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 42nd match minute, Sundens BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gert Wickander to maneuver through the defense. Cornelio Merexildo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per Eliasson in the 44th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-2.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Per Eliasson was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Maximo Aritza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Axel Martinsson was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ildefonso Balesio couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Sundens BK booed when Defensores del Albinegro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ildefonso Balesio didn't get a good kick on the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Defensores del Albinegro fully deserved thier win.
