Spectators: 144 (Terracing: 109, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Claudinho Pinho started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Squadra Demarchi booed when Paraná Clube Brasil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arlindo Silveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. 5 minutes into the match, Paraná Clube Brasil's goal looked a bit too open when Kléber Queirós came free, but Biagio Furino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Paraná Clube Brasil getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Frederico Pontes hit a great ball. Kléber Queirós recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paraná Clube Brasil's Biagio Furino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudinho Pinho in the 10th minute of play. Biagio Furino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudinho Pinho in the 18th minute of play. With a little luck, Squadra Demarchi's Oscar Saldanha got control of the ball when Arlindo Silveira tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Oscar Saldanha managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when Paraná Clube Brasil's Arlindo Silveira fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 23 minutes into the game, Paulinho Paraibano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Squadra Demarchi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paraná Clube Brasil the free kick. The supporters of Paraná Clube Brasil booed when Squadra Demarchi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulinho Paraibano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oscar Saldanha had great luck who in the 26thth minute grab hold of the ball when Isidoro Felipillo from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 28 minutes into the game, Arlindo Silveira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Oscar Saldanha was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 31 played minutes Squadra Demarchi got a freekick which was hit by Ciro Castro. Oscar Saldanha made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Arlindo Silveira sent off a good shot on target. Biagio Furino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kléber Queirós, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arlindo Silveira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Oscar Saldanha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arlindo Silveira's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. 53 minutes into the match, Paraná Clube Brasil's Isidoro Felipillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oscar Saldanha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 55 played minutes Squadra Demarchi got a freekick which was hit by Nilson Corrêa. Isidoro Felipillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Saldanha having to interfere. When the match clock showed 60 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Arlindo Silveira sped through Squadra Demarchi's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Oscar Saldanha. In the 69th minute, Giovani Batista ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oscar Saldanha was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Oscar Saldanha came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Paraná Clube Brasil's Isidoro Felipillo. But to his dismay, Isidoro Felipillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arlindo Silveira in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oscar Saldanha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Squadra Demarchi booed when Paraná Clube Brasil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walmir Martini didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oscar Saldanha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giovani Batista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 93 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Arlindo Silveira sped through Squadra Demarchi's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Oscar Saldanha.
