Calopsita EC's Ulysses Novaes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Wassberg in the 10th minute of play. MAFFIAN's Aron Dahlbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edu Santos in the 14th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luiz Fábio Arósio got free with Aron Dahlbom in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aron Dahlbom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Fábio Arósio in the 17th minute of play. Ulysses Novaes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Wassberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Ulysses Novaes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Wassberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Östen Vennersten's late challenge caught a Calopsita EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Östen Vennersten helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Calopsita EC booed when MAFFIAN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Östen Vennersten didn't get a good kick on the ball. MAFFIAN's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Luiz Fábio Arósio scored to the left of an out of position Aron Dahlbom, making the score, 2-0. Ulysses Novaes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from George Svensson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edu Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Aron Dahlbom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Calopsita EC's goal looked a bit too open when Thomas Wassberg came free, but Ulysses Novaes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ulysses Novaes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thomas Wassberg's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. After 45 played minutes MAFFIAN got a freekick which was hit by Alf Säfström. 46 minutes into the match, Luiz Fábio Arósio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aron Dahlbom, 3-0.

The wind increased when Thomas Wassberg made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Luisão Marinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aron Dahlbom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Calopsita EC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Edu Santos hit a great ball. 62 minutes into the game, Calopsita EC's Edu Santos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aron Dahlbom made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. MAFFIAN's Torgny Mogren was substituted for Thomas Wassberg. Aron Dahlbom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edu Santos in the 69th minute of the match. Torgny Mogren in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ulysses Novaes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 75 minutes into the match, MAFFIAN's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Fábio Arósio came free, but Aron Dahlbom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luisão Marinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Aron Dahlbom took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Fábio Arósio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aron Dahlbom came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Calopsita EC's Luiz Fábio Arósio. But to his dismay, Luiz Fábio Arósio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. MAFFIAN's Aron Dahlbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Fábio Arósio in the 86th minute of play. With his leg Ulysses Novaes managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when MAFFIAN's Torgny Mogren fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Edu Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Calopsita EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edu Santos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aron Dahlbom breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There was no doubt that Calopsita EC were the better team. Calopsita EC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
