The wind increased when Sokratis Krak made the kick off in the second half. Cássio da Silva made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Sokratis Krak sent off a good shot on target. When Júnior Luz fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cachaça FC's protests and gave Júnior Luz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 52nd minute, Júnior Luz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Sokratis Krak took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Cássio da Silva to make any attempt to save it. Zeca Caca-Rato was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 61 minutes into the match. Edvaldo Paraibano hit a great ball. Cássio da Silva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sokratis Krak in the 82nd minute of the match. Galo do Japi's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
