Camillo Ruggieri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Betinho Falcão in the 13th minute of play. Acácio Gaspar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arrigo Cino in the 14th minute of play. After some careless play in the Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร defense, Arrigo Cino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Acácio Gaspar. The Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Acácio Gaspar should have stopped the shot. Zé Paulo Neves took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Camillo Ruggieri. Camillo Ruggieri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. With a little luck, Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's Acácio Gaspar got control of the ball when Ennio Colombi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Camillo Ruggieri didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's Betinho Falcão shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-2 in the ordered_time% minute. The supporters of Monkey D.Luffy booed when Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faustão de Mendonça didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36thth minute of the game Zé Paulo Neves who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Monkey D.Luffy's Camillo Ruggieri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Acácio Gaspar made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Ennio Colombi sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Monkey D.Luffy's zone, Betinho Falcão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Camillo Ruggieri came out of the goal and Betinho Falcão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rony Pena in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Camillo Ruggieri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 45th minute, Rony Pena made a precise shot to the right of Camillo Ruggieri. Monkey D.Luffy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arrigo Cino made a kick off. Uriel Porfirio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zé Paulo Neves struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Arrigo Cino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Acácio Gaspar having to interfere. Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร played a much better game than Monkey D.Luffy and deserved their victory. The Monkey D.Luffy players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
