Inter de Munique's Fabrício Simões played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ümit Daman in the 25th minute of play. Jailson da Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabrício Simões took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ümit Daman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Cayetano Beltran came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Soda f c fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cayetano Beltran couldn't finish the play. Soda f c's Ümit Daman got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ümit Daman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fabrício Simões didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ümit Daman went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After 47 minutes of play Inter de Munique's Vítor Mota was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 49th minute, Ümit Daman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Soda f c fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ümit Daman to strike the kick off in the second half. If Niceto Gregory had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. Fabrício Simões yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andoni Donadoni in the 72nd minute of play forced Soda f c's goalkeeper Andy Garcia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Soda f c's Ümit Daman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabrício Simões narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Andy Garcia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andoni Donadoni, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Zézinho Moraes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. Fabrício Simões didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Soda f c's Zézinho Moraes shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-9 in the ordered_time% minute. 96 minutes into the match, Inter de Munique's goalkeeper Fabrício Simões had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zézinho Moraes.
