Gustaw Erland's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Greger Fribäck read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. In the 6th minute Gustaw Erland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Greger Fribäck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th match minute, Fc Aroosos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Co Sanders to maneuver through the defense. Bernardo Mazzola made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pantelis Kotoulas in the 14th minute. Greger Fribäck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaw Erland, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Fc Aroosos's goalkeeper Bernardo Mazzola had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pantelis Kotoulas. Greger Fribäck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pablo Garnier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fc Aroosos's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Wlodzimierz Bentkowski in the 24th minute. If Gustaw Erland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Greger Fribäck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaw Erland in the 34th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sancar Yağınalp in the 35th minute of play forced Fc Aroosos's goalkeeper Bernardo Mazzola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Real Salsa F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Gustaw Erland came free, but Greger Fribäck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Greger Fribäck didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gustaw Erland went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 42nd minute Gustaw Erland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Greger Fribäck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Fc Aroosos's Bernardo Mazzola got control of the ball when Pantelis Kotoulas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Greger Fribäck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pablo Garnier in the 45th minute of the match. In the 47th minute Sancar Yağınalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Mazzola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gustaw Erland made a kick off. Bernardo Mazzola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sancar Yağınalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardo Mazzola came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Salsa F.C.'s Sancar Yağınalp. But to his dismay, Sancar Yağınalp quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 63rdth minute of the game Natalio Txeru who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fc Aroosos's Bernardo Mazzola was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Greger Fribäck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Borys Rzentkowski in the 65th minute of play. When Real Salsa F.C.'s Ximenes Oñatibia in 70 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Bernardo Mazzola guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After 72 minutes of play, Fc Aroosos's Borys Rzentkowski made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Greger Fribäck was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bernardo Mazzola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sancar Yağınalp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 82 played minutes Real Salsa F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Aziz Özarkın. In the 83rd minute, Wlodzimierz Bentkowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Fc Aroosos's zone, Natalio Txeru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernardo Mazzola came out of the goal and Natalio Txeru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 88th minute Osman Ali Okutan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Mazzola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute Ximenes Oñatibia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Mazzola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Borys Rzentkowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Greger Fribäck having to make a save. 93 minutes into the match, Fc Aroosos's Borys Rzentkowski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Greger Fribäck narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
