Victorio Pabla scored 1-0 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Josué Rego, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mei Xun Jun's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Josué Rego firmly grabbed it by the left post. Pancracio Paniagua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amedeo Piermattei, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Amedeo Piermattei stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Fortunato Marra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pancracio Paniagua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. POPULAR F.C's Váldson Tande was substituted for Mei Xun Jun. Zola Predosa FC made a substitution. Fabio Marcantonio replaced Andrea Bertolini. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Victorio Pabla managed to get in a good position for a shot. After 76 minutes of play, POPULAR F.C's Váldson Tande made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Josué Rego was left in no man's land by his defense there! 81 minutes into the match, POPULAR F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Cosimo Sciamanna came free, but Pancracio Paniagua reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute Cosimo Sciamanna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pancracio Paniagua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute, Zola Predosa FC's Cosimo Sciamanna dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. If Victorio Pabla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alvise Mascitti hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Victorio Pabla struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Josué Rego didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for POPULAR F.C. When the referee blew the final whistle, POPULAR F.C could leave the field as winners, despite Zola Predosa FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
