After having played for 11 minutes, Olli Fiedler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sportivo Luan Toro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olli Fiedler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Robert Davison showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Sandbakken, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Sportivo Luan Toro's Robert Davison played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Sandbakken in the 15th minute of play. Ali Adjani made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Justino Roland sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Laniakea's Ali Adjani got control of the ball when Justino Roland tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans-Erik Osland in the 30th minute of play forced Sportivo Luan Toro's goalkeeper Robert Davison to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robert Davison didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lars Kvaal went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 36 minutes into the match, Alberto Fidencio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ali Adjani, 1-1. Olli Fiedler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olli Fiedler was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Olli Fiedler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Adjani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ali Adjani stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olli Fiedler's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Robert Davison made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hans-Erik Osland in the 58th minute. Ali Adjani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justino Roland in the 59th minute of play. In the 62nd match minute, Laniakea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Didrik Begum to maneuver through the defense. Sportivo Luan Toro made a substitution. Jo Barone replaced Justino Roland. Sportivo Luan Toro's Martins Palermo was substituted for Olli Fiedler. After 72 played minutes Sportivo Luan Toro got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Mendez. Benjamin Sundin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Ali Adjani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ali Adjani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martins Palermo, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Hans-Erik Osland kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, Sportivo Luan Toro's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Sandbakken came free, but Robert Davison reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Jo Barone had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ali Adjani. Laniakea's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jo Barone was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sportivo Luan Toro had won after a very even match.
