Turgay Şeren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Turgay Şeren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodolfo Pires, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute Ümit Salik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Bonadona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eriberto Bonadona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ümit Salik in the 14th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, F.C. KASABALI 45's Murathan Samih sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eriberto Bonadona narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mira United FC's Romão Zarco managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Hami Altuncuoğlu in the 21 minute of the game. Romão Zarco kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the game, F.C. KASABALI 45's Tolga Tuğser nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eriberto Bonadona made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. F.C. KASABALI 45's Turgay Şeren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save F.C. KASABALI 45 from getting a goal against them. 36 minutes into the game, Gregório Neiva recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Turgay Şeren. Gregório Neiva showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gregório Neiva got free with Turgay Şeren in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mira United FC were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after F.C. KASABALI 45's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Romão Zarco took the corner. Mira United FC's Eriberto Bonadona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murathan Samih in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ümit Salik was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute Gregório Neiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Turgay Şeren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th match minute, F.C. KASABALI 45 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulu Şensoy to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gregório Neiva in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Turgay Şeren saved F.C. KASABALI 45 from getting behind. After 66 played minutes Mira United FC got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Pires. F.C. KASABALI 45's Murathan Samih got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 75 played minutes F.C. KASABALI 45 got a freekick which was hit by Yunus Yürük. Turgay Şeren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregório Neiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Dércio Moreira hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Gregório Neiva's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Turgay Şeren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. After a rather tough play, F.C. KASABALI 45's Tolga Tuğser got a free kick in the 89th minute. F.C. KASABALI 45's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
