Volker Koplin kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Pico Bădila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Themis Papadimoulis in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esben Mansachs in the 12th minute of play forced VfL Bad Nenndorf's goalkeeper Lucrețiu Brătescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute Róbert Štriker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pico Bădila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The VfL Bad Nenndorf fans cheered their team off the field, for while A.c Tre dei Frati had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
