Valério Monteiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfredo Tomasini's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. The supporters of ALIANZA 1901 booed when Agroboys SM - CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tião de Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luis Escobar got free with Valério Monteiro in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The corner led ALIANZA 1901's Nazario Ispuzua to fire away a dangerous shot which Valério Monteiro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Valério Monteiro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Richie Ason showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 16 minute of play. Alfredo Tomasini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valério Monteiro having to interfere. Acácio Freitas hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Tião de Amaral hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After 29 played minutes Agroboys SM - CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Alcântara. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luis Escobar got free with Valério Monteiro in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Alfredo Tomasini put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Valério Monteiro. Through an outstanding action, after 38 minutes, Valério Monteiro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 39th minute of the match ALIANZA 1901 got a corner. Agroboys SM - CIMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nazario Ispuzua ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 41st minute, Alfredo Tomasini reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Valério Monteiro. The goal made the score 4-0. Bieito Luzuriaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Hoffmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute, Alfredo Tomasini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luis Escobar made a kick off. In the 52ndth minute of the game Alfredo Tomasini who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Valério Monteiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 53rd minute, Alfredo Tomasini ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valério Monteiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Valério Monteiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Tomasini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valério Monteiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Tomasini, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 59thth minute of the game Alfredo Tomasini who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Agroboys SM - CIMZ's Valério Monteiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The tension between the ALIANZA 1901 and the Agroboys SM - CIMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card.
