Mariusz Zaworski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Igor Tasso got a throw-in 8 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Robinho Maia. In the 8th match minute, Vikingos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilhelm Widberg to maneuver through the defense. Sebastián Sosa was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Alejandro Raitin. 11 minutes into the match, Vikingos FC's Vladimiro Lauro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vágner Vasconcelos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Igor Tasso got a throw-in 12 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Robinho Maia. After a rather tough play, Vikingos FC's Tarmo Kaare got a free kick in the 15th minute. A collision led to Patriots Brasil getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Igor Tasso hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vladimiro Lauro in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vágner Vasconcelos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Patriots Brasil's goalkeeper Vágner Vasconcelos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vágner Vasconcelos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimiro Lauro, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Vágner Vasconcelos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimiro Lauro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vladimiro Lauro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vágner Vasconcelos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Vikingos FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Per-Olof Vallmark in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute, Vladimiro Lauro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vágner Vasconcelos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Vágner Vasconcelos came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Vikingos FC's Vladimiro Lauro. But to his dismay, Vladimiro Lauro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. A nice corner shot did that Per-Olof Vallmark got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vágner Vasconcelos quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Patriots Brasil's Vágner Vasconcelos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimiro Lauro in the 47th minute of play. In the 48th minute of the match Vikingos FC got a corner. Patriots Brasil's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Per-Olof Vallmark ran over to the corner to take the kick. After the first half Vikingos FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Vladimiro Lauro might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vágner Vasconcelos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vladimiro Lauro ran back to his position shaking his head. If Vladimiro Lauro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vágner Vasconcelos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimiro Lauro, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 59th minute, Vladimiro Lauro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sebastián Sosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcinho Camargo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Patriots Brasil's Igor Tasso got a free kick in the 66th minute. Vágner Vasconcelos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vladimiro Lauro went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. 72 minutes into the match, Vikingos FC's Vladimiro Lauro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vágner Vasconcelos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vikingos FC made a substitution. Ladislao Erramu replaced Vladimiro Lauro. Vikingos FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ladislao Erramu in the 74th minute. Sebastián Sosa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrianinho Bertassi in the 76th minute of play. Vágner Vasconcelos was a little too slow when Ladislao Erramu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 0-5. Vikingos FC's Victor Abaurre was substituted for Roque Vito. The audience was convinced that Ladislao Erramu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vágner Vasconcelos was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Victor Abaurre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vágner Vasconcelos having to interfere. Vágner Vasconcelos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ladislao Erramu's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. After 90 minutes, Ladislao Erramu made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. Patriots Brasil's Vágner Vasconcelos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Vágner Vasconcelos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ladislao Erramu went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. After 96 minutes of play, Vikingos FC's Ladislao Erramu made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vágner Vasconcelos was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Patriots Brasil fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Vikingos FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
