Elvio Rainerio started the match with the kick off. Jonas Tunberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ezequiel Boniel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jonas Tunberg ran back to his position shaking his head. After 4 minutes of play, Royal Excel Mouscron's Jonas Tunberg made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ezequiel Boniel was left in no man's land by his defense there! EL PEPO FC's Ezequiel Boniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Greger Askestät in the 7th minute of play. In the 9th minute Celso Inge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Poe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, EL PEPO FC's goalkeeper Ezequiel Boniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erland Skager. 15 minutes into the game, Erland Skager cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Ezequiel Boniel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Elvison Presley took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Ezequiel Boniel to make any attempt to save it. Karl-Johan Persson hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Edgar Poe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernardo Salvino's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. In the 35th minute, Lenílson Antunes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Royal Excel Mouscron fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. The audience was convinced that Lenílson Antunes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ezequiel Boniel was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Edgar Poe came out of the goal and Elvio Rainerio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lenílson Antunes scored 6-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ezequiel Boniel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 63 minutes, Jonas Tunberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Royal Excel Mouscron and the EL PEPO FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Royal Excel Mouscron's Jonas Tunberg got a free kick in the 64th minute. 68 minutes into the game, Simon Kiempe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Ezequiel Boniel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lenílson Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Ezequiel Boniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ezequiel Boniel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elvison Presley, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 80th minute, Stiliyan Bisharov made a precise shot to the right of Ezequiel Boniel. EL PEPO FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. Ezequiel Boniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erland Skager in the 84th minute of play. Ezequiel Boniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erland Skager, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The EL PEPO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ezequiel Boniel should have stopped the shot. Ezequiel Boniel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elvison Presley went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score.
