But to his dismay, Garth Basham quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 于铮誉 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Florescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After a rather tough play, PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN's Marin Petre got a free kick in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Garth Basham in the 29th minute of play forced PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN's goalkeeper Costel Lăcătușu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Costel Lăcătușu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Claus, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. TRAFFIC FC's 于铮誉 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Liviu Găvănescu in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yuri Ibrishimov in the 37th minute of play forced PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN's goalkeeper Costel Lăcătușu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Garth Basham blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Costel Lăcătușu having to make a save. In the 42nd minute Gerardo Claus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Costel Lăcătușu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Costel Lăcătușu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Garth Basham in the 45th minute of play. Costel Lăcătușu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Garth Basham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gerardo Claus was the one to do the kick off. TRAFFIC FC made a substitution. Borimir Vringov replaced Panagiotis Baltas. The TRAFFIC FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 于铮誉 should have stopped the shot. The TRAFFIC FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing TRAFFIC FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
