SS SuperSonics's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santos Cebrian was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ganga Banga in the 14th minute of play forced Machados FC V2's goalkeeper Rodrigo Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SS SuperSonics's Hugon Lenertej played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiger Argoud in the 15th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tiger Argoud in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hugon Lenertej saved SS SuperSonics from getting behind. In the 17th minute of the match Machados FC V2 got a corner. SS SuperSonics's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pascoal Espírito Santo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Santos Cebrian got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-2. 17 minutes into the match. Machados FC V2's Ivan Torres managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alexander Rosén in the 20 minute of the game. In the 22nd minute Santos Cebrian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugon Lenertej saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ganga Banga in the 24th minute of play forced Machados FC V2's goalkeeper Rodrigo Lima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37thth minute of the game Matthias Tham who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SS SuperSonics's Hugon Lenertej was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Machados FC V2's Rodrigo Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Korneliusz Panasewicz in the 39th minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, Pascoal Espírito Santo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Hugon Lenertej was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ivan Torres made in the 43rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Santos Cebrian however managed to control. Hugon Lenertej made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santos Cebrian in the 44th minute of play. After the first half Machados FC V2 were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
