Claus Himschoot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Club Vertigo getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Vasile Iurea hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Well-Well Benne in the 14th minute of play forced PomeziaRamblers's goalkeeper Claus Himschoot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to PomeziaRamblers getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Bruno Scibilia hit a great ball. After 23 played minutes PomeziaRamblers got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Florian. PomeziaRamblers's Claus Himschoot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Well-Well Benne in the 24th minute of play. Claus Himschoot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vasile Iurea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Well-Well Benne in the 30th minute of play forced PomeziaRamblers's goalkeeper Claus Himschoot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32ndth minute of the game He Feng Bin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PomeziaRamblers's Claus Himschoot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 32 minutes into the match, PomeziaRamblers's goal looked a bit too open when Ysmael Celerain came free, but Claus Himschoot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Well-Well Benne in the 40th minute of play forced PomeziaRamblers's goalkeeper Claus Himschoot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute Club Vertigo were awarded a corner. Emilian Moți went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Emilian Moți almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but PomeziaRamblers's Claus Himschoot did a great save. After having played for 42 minutes, Well-Well Benne managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Vertigo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Well-Well Benne was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ovidiu Caranfil made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Bruno Scibilia sent off a good shot on target. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ysmael Celerain to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ysmael Celerain got free with Claus Himschoot in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kuido Suursaar took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ovidiu Caranfil. Ovidiu Caranfil dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Vertigo's goalkeeper Ovidiu Caranfil, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ovidiu Caranfil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Scibilia in the 69th minute of play. Emilian Moți kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Ovidiu Caranfil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kuido Suursaar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vasile Iurea struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Claus Himschoot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Vertigo. Claus Himschoot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ysmael Celerain in the 77th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes PomeziaRamblers got a freekick which was hit by Adrián Frick. Club Vertigo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Emilian Moți in the 81st minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of PomeziaRamblers's goalie and right to Vasile Iurea. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. PomeziaRamblers's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. If Bruno Scibilia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Claus Himschoot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Well-Well Benne in the 85th minute of play. Vasile Iurea had several of the PomeziaRamblers's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 89 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Claus Himschoot as he didn't even see the shot coming. When the final whistle sounded Club Vertigo left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than PomeziaRamblers.
