Spectators: 163 (Terracing: 123, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) E.C 2 Janeiro RS's Marco Valadares started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. FC Triesen's Lukas Dupuy got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lukas Dupuy in the 10th minute of play forced E.C 2 Janeiro RS's goalkeeper Carlinhos da Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FC Triesen getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Lukas Dupuy hit a great ball. Bernhard Kathan scored 0-1 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carlinhos da Costa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to E.C 2 Janeiro RS getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Dário Gomes hit a great ball. Carlinhos da Costa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukas Dupuy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haroldo Sanches in the 26th minute of play forced FC Triesen's goalkeeper Mentor Auderset to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. E.C 2 Janeiro RS's Carlinhos da Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lukas Dupuy in the 28th minute of play. Carlinhos da Costa came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Triesen's Lukas Dupuy. But to his dismay, Lukas Dupuy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. A collision led to E.C 2 Janeiro RS getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Haroldo Sanches hit a great ball. After 36 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for E.C 2 Janeiro RS! Fabian Todeschini placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 39th minute, Lukas Dupuy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carlinhos da Costa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Marco Valadares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Mentor Auderset made a huge save.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lukas Dupuy to make the kick off. Carlinhos da Costa was a little too slow when Bernhard Kathan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 0-4. Bernhard Kathan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Carlinhos da Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernhard Kathan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 60thth minute, Carlinhos da Costa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 66th minute, Lukas Dupuy reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Carlinhos da Costa. The goal made the score 0-5. The supporters of FC Triesen booed when E.C 2 Janeiro RS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Pontes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lukas Dupuy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. E.C 2 Janeiro RS's Carlinhos da Costa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save E.C 2 Janeiro RS from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in E.C 2 Janeiro RS's zone, Bernhard Kathan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlinhos da Costa came out of the goal and Bernhard Kathan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carlinhos da Costa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernhard Kathan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dário Gomes's late challenge caught a FC Triesen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dário Gomes helped the player get up and apologised. 89 minutes into the game, Lorenzo Guerreiro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Carlinhos da Costa. Lorenzo Guerreiro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6.
