An unexpectedly hard shot by Niceto Umea in the 17th minute of play forced SE Palmeiras's goalkeeper Nilson Dracena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 18 minutes, Leonel Haritzeder managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 【E ➣PS2 FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonel Haritzeder was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Niceto Umea hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. The SE Palmeiras players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. 【E ➣PS2 FC were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leonel Haritzeder to make the kick off. Nilson Dracena made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonel Haritzeder in the 51st minute. Alfredo Vieira made in the 75th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Christiano Baiano. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonel Haritzeder got free with Nilson Dracena in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nilson Dracena made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonel Haritzeder in the 78th minute. Alfredo Vieira kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match.
