In the 7th minute Nixon Richard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nixon Richard came free with the goalkeeper in the 8th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo could save by the left post. In the 23rd minute Luiz Fábio Souto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Quique Wolf tried in the game's 27th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo. An annoying self made goal, 1-1. In the 32nd minute of the match Barões F. C. got a corner. Esteco's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Donato Paraibano ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Barões F. C.'s corner Aloísio Toscano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo quite easily take care of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luiz Fábio Souto in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo saved Esteco from getting behind. Esteco's Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Paraibano in the 36th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Esteco's goalkeeper Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nixon Richard. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Nixon Richard sent off a good shot on target. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laurencio Vidal in the 46th minute of the match. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo seemed to really have strength and confidence after that save. In the 65th minute of the match Barões F. C. got a corner. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Donato Paraibano in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nixon Richard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donato Paraibano, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Barões F. C. were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
