Oakham's Bryan Hui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrik Kašík in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrik Kašík in the 13th minute of play forced Oakham's goalkeeper Bryan Hui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 16 minutes Oakham's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gabriel Martinelli who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Victor Anaya managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Pavel Bezdíček made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerry Soon in the 18th minute of play. Bryan Hui made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Martinelli in the 24th minute of play. Oakham's Bryan Hui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrik Kašík in the 25th minute of play. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Oakham's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gabriel Martinelli was slow to take the kick. During this time Bludovice's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Bludovice's corner Gabriel Martinelli fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bryan Hui quite easily take care of the ball. The audience was convinced that Robert Awizo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bryan Hui was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. 34 minutes into the match, Oakham's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Awizo came free, but Bryan Hui reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bludovice's Pavel Bezdíček proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Bludovice from getting a goal against them. Pavel Bezdíček was a little too slow when Asiz Rajah got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 1-0. Gara Chian hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

After 51 played minutes Oakham got a freekick which was hit by Jerry Soon. 54 minutes into the match, Bludovice's goal looked a bit too open when Jerry Soon came free, but Pavel Bezdíček reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute Robert Awizo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bryan Hui saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patrik Kašík blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bryan Hui having to make a save. 60 minutes into the match, Oakham's goalkeeper Bryan Hui had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Patrik Kašík. In the 62nd minute Gabriel Martinelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bryan Hui saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bryan Hui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Awizo in the 70th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Oakham's goalkeeper Bryan Hui had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Robert Awizo. Robert Awizo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bryan Hui having to interfere. Oakham made a substitution. Gara Hock replaced Mark Koh. Bludovice's Jaroslav Řípa was substituted for Jiří Talaš. Bludovice's Martin Ødegård was substituted for Jiří Lipenský. Gabriel Martinelli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bludovice's Pavel Bezdíček played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asiz Rajah in the 88th minute of play. When Daniz Hsi fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oakham's protests and gave Daniz Hsi a yellow card for diving instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bludovice players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Oakham.
