After having played for 23 minutes, Mark Koh managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. But to his dismay, Asiz Rajah quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Mark Koh blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jörn Strömberg having to make a save. Oakham's Jerry Soon was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 57th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Asiz Rajah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jörn Strömberg having to interfere. Formsvacka FF's Jörn Strömberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Formsvacka FF from getting a goal against them. 65 minutes into the match, Wong Butcher notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Formsvacka FF's Jörn Strömberg. Jörn Strömberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 88 played minutes Formsvacka FF got a freekick which was hit by Sigvard Hammarberg. Jörn Strömberg made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Khai Amin sent off a good shot on target. The Oakham supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Oakham would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
