The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, A.C. Patagonia's Dariusz Wos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hong Qing narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dariusz Wos scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hong Qing, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 6thth minute of the game Dariusz Wos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atlético Lea Papá's Hong Qing was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 10th minute of the match Bruno Faccio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hong Qing showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hong Qing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dariusz Wos, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Maximino Ticho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alan Marinelli in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, A.C. Patagonia's Dariusz Wos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hong Qing narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Michal Jehlička could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Maximino Ticho made a huge save. After 19 played minutes Club Atlético Lea Papá got a freekick which was hit by Horacio Carbonari. Hong Qing took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rui Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dariusz Wos in the 21st minute of play forced Club Atlético Lea Papá's goalkeeper Hong Qing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximino Ticho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Michal Jehlička in the 28th minute. Dariusz Wos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hong Qing read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. A.C. Patagonia's Maximino Ticho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alan Marinelli in the 38th minute of play. A.C. Patagonia's Maximino Ticho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save A.C. Patagonia from getting a goal against them. Maximino Ticho was a little too slow when Alan Marinelli got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anton Donose to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Dariusz Wos took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Hong Qing to make any attempt to save it. A.C. Patagonia made a substitution. Aldo Di Carlo replaced Dariusz Wos. In the 60th minute Alan Marinelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Ticho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alan Marinelli in the 61st minute of play forced A.C. Patagonia's goalkeeper Maximino Ticho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Aldo Di Carlo notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Club Atlético Lea Papá's Hong Qing. Hong Qing was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Horea Boian hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. 75 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Lea Papá's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Di Carlo came free, but Hong Qing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Di Carlo in the 83rd minute of play forced Club Atlético Lea Papá's goalkeeper Hong Qing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 84 minutes Club Atlético Lea Papá's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rafael Nóbrega who took care of the corner kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aldo Di Carlo in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hong Qing prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 88th minute, Rafael Nóbrega hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aldo-Pedro Poy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Atlético Lea Papá's goalkeeper Hong Qing, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Di Carlo in the 92nd minute of play forced Club Atlético Lea Papá's goalkeeper Hong Qing to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute of the match A.C. Patagonia got a corner. Club Atlético Lea Papá's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rafael Nóbrega ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Horea Boian got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hong Qing quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Club Atlético Lea Papá's Hong Qing played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Di Carlo in the 96th minute of play. The A.C. Patagonia players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
