Epifanio Bartumeu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Murcia Promesas's goal looked a bit too open when Edoardo Meo came free, but Epifanio Bartumeu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Concetto Marzo made in the 22nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Cosimo Toninelli however managed to control. Armando Bonelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mugurel Nediu, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Armando Bonelli made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Mugurel Nediu sent off a good shot on target. Mugurel Nediu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Armando Bonelli having to make a save. In the 30th minute Mugurel Nediu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Bonelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Armando Bonelli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mugurel Nediu took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Armando Bonelli. Armando Bonelli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, Sorci Viola's Cosimo Toninelli got a free kick in the 58th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Murcia Promesas's goalkeeper Epifanio Bartumeu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alvise Urbani. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mugurel Nediu in the 63rd minute of play forced Sorci Viola's goalkeeper Armando Bonelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sorci Viola's Franco Piccirilli was substituted for Cosimo Toninelli. In the 68th match minute, Murcia Promesas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dito de Carvalho to maneuver through the defense. When Antonello Tarantini fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sorci Viola's protests and gave Antonello Tarantini a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uhin Ramis in the 80th minute of play forced Sorci Viola's goalkeeper Armando Bonelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mugurel Nediu might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Armando Bonelli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mugurel Nediu ran back to his position shaking his head. Armando Bonelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mugurel Nediu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Alvise Urbani came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Sorci Viola fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvise Urbani couldn't finish the play. If Mugurel Nediu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 85 minutes into the match, Uhin Ramis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Armando Bonelli. Sorci Viola's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Uhin Ramis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Concetto Marzo hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Armando Bonelli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Murcia Promesas were victorious despite being under pressure from Sorci Viola for much of the match.
