Johny Konings received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Armando Bonelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armando Bonelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pieter Spethmann in the 6th minute of play. After 8 minutes Sorci Viola's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pieter Spethmann who took care of the corner kick. 14 minutes into the match, Sorci Viola's goal looked a bit too open when Johny Konings came free, but Armando Bonelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Sorci Viola getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Dario Tondi hit a great ball. Armando Bonelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pieter Spethmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Laurence Van Den Abeele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesare Loreto in the 21st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Johny Konings in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Armando Bonelli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Johny Konings scored 2-0 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Armando Bonelli, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 35 minutes into the match, Edoardo Meo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Laurence Van Den Abeele. Apricis Bruxella's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edoardo Meo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Laurence Van Den Abeele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edoardo Meo in the 38th minute of play. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sorci Viola's goalkeeper Armando Bonelli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Laurence Van Den Abeele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvise Urbani in the 45th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Johny Konings was the one to do the kick off. Armando Bonelli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Johny Konings went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. In the 60th minute Johny Konings shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Bonelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Johny Konings sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Apricis Bruxella's Steven Gierman was substituted for Güney Özboga. A collision led to Apricis Bruxella getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Johny Konings hit a great ball. Armando Bonelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johny Konings, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pieter Spethmann hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Pieter Spethmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Armando Bonelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armando Bonelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johny Konings in the 81st minute of the match. Johny Konings's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armando Bonelli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. After 87 played minutes Apricis Bruxella got a freekick which was hit by Gencer Korkutalp. Johny Konings might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Armando Bonelli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Johny Konings ran back to his position shaking his head. Sorci Viola's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Apricis Bruxella had won, even though Sorci Viola had held more of the ball.
