Ignacy Zagrobelny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans Kilstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. When Sixten Sjö came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Jonsereds IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sixten Sjö couldn't finish the play. Hans Kilstedt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ignacy Zagrobelny read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Gil Garcia made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Emilio Dantel sent off a good shot on target. Ignacy Zagrobelny showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sixten Sjö in the 25th minute of the match. Jonsereds IF's Gil Garcia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Jonsereds IF from getting a goal against them. In the 29th minute, Sixten Sjö left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jonsereds IF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Luís Alcântara in the 33rd minute of play forced Jonsereds IF's goalkeeper Gil Garcia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hélio Vaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gil Garcia having to interfere. In the 39th minute Sixten Sjö shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacy Zagrobelny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, KS LEW Chorzów's Marian Beninda got a free kick in the 44th minute. The KS LEW Chorzów players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Jonsereds IF were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Sixten Sjö made the kick off in the second half. Ignacy Zagrobelny showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sixten Sjö in the 55th minute of the match. Gil Garcia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hélio Vaz's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Ronny Nilsson charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ronny Nilsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Jonsereds IF's Ronny Nilsson got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 70th minute Sixten Sjö shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacy Zagrobelny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sixten Sjö received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ignacy Zagrobelny came out and tried to block the shot, but Sixten Sjö slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 73rd minute. Ignacy Zagrobelny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixten Sjö, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Gil Garcia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hélio Vaz in the 90th minute of play. A collision led to Jonsereds IF getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Lars Hernström hit a great ball.
