Juan Mondaca took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henrique Tinoco. Henrique Tinoco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Henrique Tinoco made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Juan Mondaca sent off a good shot on target. In the 16th minute, Juan Mondaca reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Henrique Tinoco. The goal made the score 3-0. Henrique Tinoco made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Anacleto Dessauer sent off a good shot on target. Ksawery Witkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiago Ferrão, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Magallanes's Kadim Sebil was substituted for Juan Mondaca. Magallanes's Christiano Soffia was substituted for Alejandro Campbell. The supporters of Magallanes booed when Hiperbórea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Leal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Hiperbórea's Nuno Espírito Santo got a free kick in the 71st minute. Magallanes's Ida Bagus Leal was substituted for Elpidio Banda. In the 72nd minute, Nuno Espírito Santo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Hiperbórea's 石德远 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ksawery Witkowski. That made the score 7-1 after 78 minutes of play. 83 minutes into the match, Kadim Sebil had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Henrique Tinoco. Hiperbórea's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kadim Sebil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1. A hard shot 86 in the game by 石德远 from a close distance when the talented Ksawery Witkowski managed to make a qualified save. Magallanes's players were relieved. In the 87th minute Tiago Ferrão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ksawery Witkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Magallanes's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Tiago Ferrão scored to the left of an out of position Ksawery Witkowski, making the score, 8-2. Tiago Ferrão struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Ksawery Witkowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hiperbórea. 96 minutes into the match, Magallanes's goal looked a bit too open when Tiago Ferrão came free, but Ksawery Witkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Magallanes fans cheered their team off the field, for while Hiperbórea had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
