Amava Pintos had in the 44thth minute some difficulties stopping Marcel Pinho's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 45th minute, Christian Baiano fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Amava Pintos, passed just outside the right post. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Valdemar de Moraes made the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Papunhas EC got a freekick which was hit by Fabrício Carneiro. In the 59th minute, Vítor Sampaio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pau Doku could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Ismael Nazario Serre made a huge save. After 66 played minutes Pragmáticos 1903 got a freekick which was hit by Ruud Gullit. In the 67th minute of the match Marcel Pinho sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Amava Pintos skillfully saved the ball. Christian Baiano hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. 73 minutes into the match, Papunhas EC's goalkeeper Ismael Nazario Serre had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pau Doku.
