Club Deportivo Santiago's Santino Mora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelino Clemencin in the 8th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelino Clemencin in the 8th minute of play forced Club Deportivo Santiago's goalkeeper Santino Mora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guanacos's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ricardo Hug in the 9th minute. After a rather tough play, Club Deportivo Santiago's Zeru Mendana got a free kick in the 11th minute. 12 minutes into the game, Paulo Pierres cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Santino Mora was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Paulo Pierres's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Santino Mora was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. 16 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Santiago's goalkeeper Santino Mora had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angelino Clemencin. Club Deportivo Santiago's Santino Mora proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Club Deportivo Santiago from getting a goal against them. In the 25th minute, Guanacos's Paulo Pierres ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Santino Mora. Santino Mora yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. The audience was convinced that Paulo Pierres's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Santino Mora was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Sotomayor Mesia hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Santino Mora made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Paulo Pierres sent off a good shot on target. 33 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Santiago's goalkeeper Santino Mora had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulo Pierres. Marcial Orlandus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evelio Terres in the 34th minute of play. Santino Mora made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulo Pierres in the 37th minute. From a short distance, Guanacos's Angelino Clemencin, in the 39th minute, tried to place the ball behind Santino Mora, but the ball hit the right post on the wrong side and went out. In the 41stth minute of the game Paulo Pierres who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Deportivo Santiago's Santino Mora was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 44th minute, Paulo Pierres ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Santino Mora was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0.

The wind increased when Arturo Montiel made the kick off in the second half. Santino Mora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Mendebal in the 51st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcelo Mendebal in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santino Mora saved Club Deportivo Santiago from getting behind. In the 57th minute, Marcelo Mendebal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Guanacos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Santino Mora stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulo Pierres's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. In the 62nd minute Angelino Clemencin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santino Mora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulo Pierres in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santino Mora prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 65th minute, Paulo Pierres left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Guanacos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. In the 67th minute, Paulo Pierres got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 68 played minutes Club Deportivo Santiago got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Meca. In the 69th minute, Paulo Pierres left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Guanacos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulo Pierres in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. Club Deportivo Santiago's Santino Mora tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remigio Ler in the 87th minute of play forced Club Deportivo Santiago's goalkeeper Santino Mora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Remigio Ler had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Santino Mora. Club Deportivo Santiago's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Remigio Ler was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. In the 93rd minute Angelino Clemencin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santino Mora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94thth minute of the game Eustaquio Martxelin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Deportivo Santiago's Santino Mora was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A nice corner shot did that Ricardo Hug got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Santino Mora quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the referee ended the match the Guanacos players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
