Francis Calmes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Branislav Vitev in the 11th minute of the match. When Universitario's Mon Postigo in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Francis Calmes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 26 minutes into the match, Universitario's Mon Postigo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Francis Calmes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 26 minutes of play, Universitario's Mon Postigo made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Francis Calmes was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Ekipa Gabi getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Zula Fetor hit a great ball. The supporters of Ekipa Gabi booed when Universitario was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Branislav Vitev didn't get a good kick on the ball. Papi Saron's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Francis Calmes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Barnaba Lamczyk to strike the kick off in the second half. Mon Postigo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mon Postigo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Francis Calmes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Mon Postigo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Francis Calmes, 0-5. Universitario's Lionel-Andrés Newell was substituted for Mon Postigo. Ekipa Gabi made a substitution. Joel Marko replaced Bartosz Olejarz.
