Gigante da Colina FC-DMZ's Dida Gröhe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Vincent in the 41st minute of play. Bernabe Harriet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artur Buczko, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. 46 minutes into the match, Cosquín FC's goal looked a bit too open when Barry Baxter came free, but Bernabe Harriet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Dalmacio Ibar kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arnaldo Alsua in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernabe Harriet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Gigante da Colina FC-DMZ getting a freekick after 81 minutes play.
