Çakır Uluç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Alsua in the 10th minute of play. In the 11th minute Vitor Roque shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Çakır Uluç saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gigante da Colina FC-DMZ's Dida Gröhe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Gigante da Colina FC-DMZ from getting a goal against them. Célio Hoffmann's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Çakır Uluç read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Gigante da Colina FC-DMZ's Dida Gröhe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cihangir Kerimhan in the 17th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Gigante da Colina FC-DMZ's Asmund Nyvold seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Asmund Nyvold the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Gigante da Colina FC-DMZ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Asmund Nyvold had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 19th match minute, Gigante da Colina FC-DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Asmund Nyvold to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cihangir Kerimhan in the 20th minute of play forced Gigante da Colina FC-DMZ's goalkeeper Dida Gröhe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guillermo Cuarto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dida Gröhe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Anelka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 23 minutes of play, KAYIHANSPOR's Nicolas Anelka made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dida Gröhe was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dida Gröhe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Hasan Yergin, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After 27 played minutes KAYIHANSPOR got a freekick which was hit by Şerif Akmeşe. Çakır Uluç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Alsua in the 28th minute of the match. Nicolas Anelka in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dida Gröhe, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Alsua in the 31st minute of play forced KAYIHANSPOR's goalkeeper Çakır Uluç to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute KAYIHANSPOR were awarded a corner. Cihangir Kerimhan went to the cornerflag to take it. KAYIHANSPOR's Cihangir Kerimhan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dida Gröhe in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by KAYIHANSPOR's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Célio Hoffmann was slow to take the kick. During this time Gigante da Colina FC-DMZ's players had a chance to rest. With a little luck, Gigante da Colina FC-DMZ's Dida Gröhe got control of the ball when Nicolas Anelka tried to sneak it across the goal line. Çakır Uluç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barry Baxter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the game, Barry Baxter cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nicolas Anelka to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Alsua in the 51st minute of play forced KAYIHANSPOR's goalkeeper Çakır Uluç to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to KAYIHANSPOR getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Nicolas Anelka hit a great ball. The KAYIHANSPOR fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when KAYIHANSPOR's Guillermo Cuarto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Nicolas Anelka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Anelka in the 66th minute of play forced Gigante da Colina FC-DMZ's goalkeeper Dida Gröhe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barry Baxter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Çakır Uluç having to interfere. Gigante da Colina FC-DMZ's Albertinho Cavalcante was substituted for Vitor Roque. Gigante da Colina FC-DMZ's Dida Gröhe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cihangir Kerimhan in the 81st minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Gigante da Colina FC-DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Anelka came free, but Dida Gröhe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Gigante da Colina FC-DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Cihangir Kerimhan came free, but Dida Gröhe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
