The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Atlético-PR booed when Husaria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marian Domala didn't get a good kick on the ball. Radowit Wozniak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedrinho Hoffmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Pedrinho Hoffmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 10 minutes, Janusz Kapelski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Husaria and the Atlético-PR players grew even worse after the yellow card. Janusz Kapelski hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After 14 minutes of play, Atlético-PR's Perivaldo Sampaio made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Radowit Wozniak was left in no man's land by his defense there! Husaria were furious when Olaf Rode was red carded, 20 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 20th minute, one of Husaria:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Husaria. Radowit Wozniak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedrinho Hoffmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Perivaldo Sampaio in the 26th minute of play forced Husaria's goalkeeper Radowit Wozniak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Radowit Wozniak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Perivaldo Sampaio in the 36th minute of the match. Atlético-PR were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after Husaria's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dráuzio Barral took the corner. Tadeusz Przybylo tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Radowit Wozniak. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-2 in the 39th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Perivaldo Sampaio in the 46th minute of play forced Husaria's goalkeeper Radowit Wozniak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Radowit Wozniak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedrinho Hoffmann in the 47th minute of play. The Husaria players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Atlético-PR were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Radoslaw Dylla made the kick off in the second half. The Atlético-PR fans' excitement grew in the 51st match minute when Atlético-PR's Pedrinho Hoffmann looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Husaria's Radowit Wozniak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Husaria from getting a goal against them. Atlético-PR's Cacá Breckenfeld was substituted for Eugênio Azevedo. Hong Jian Fan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Radowit Wozniak made a huge save. Perivaldo Sampaios short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Radowit Wozniak to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 65th minute Hong Jian Fan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radowit Wozniak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 69 minutes, Yang Ke Xun made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Husaria's Radowit Wozniak tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Yang Ke Xun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 74th minute, Perivaldo Sampaio made a precise shot to the right of Radowit Wozniak. Husaria's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. With a little luck, Husaria's Radowit Wozniak got control of the ball when Dráuzio Barral tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Yang Ke Xun came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Atlético-PR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yang Ke Xun couldn't finish the play. 90 minutes into the match, Hong Jian Fan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Radowit Wozniak. Husaria's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hong Jian Fan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. In the 93rd minute, Yang Ke Xun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Husaria fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Atlético-PR were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
