Spectators: 165 (Terracing: 124, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cipriano Bernat made the kick off which started today's match. Glyn Smith kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. If Cipriano Bernat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Papato Tatengue's Filiberto Luke proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Papato Tatengue from getting a goal against them. Filiberto Luke came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Mayo's Des Gill. But to his dismay, Des Gill quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Romulo Loiola made in the 17th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Papato Tatengue's Lino Bertol. Papato Tatengue's Filiberto Luke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Des Gill in the 19th minute of play. The supporters of Papato Tatengue booed when Mayo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. William Symons didn't get a good kick on the ball. 22 minutes into the game, Papato Tatengue's Cipriano Bernat nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcus Deacon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The throw-in from Lino Bertol in the 25th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Mayo's William Symons. Marcus Deacon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victoriano Flor, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Papato Tatengue's Filiberto Luke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Des Gill in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute Des Gill shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filiberto Luke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Papato Tatengue's goalkeeper Filiberto Luke had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Des Gill. Marcus Deacon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cipriano Bernat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute Des Gill shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filiberto Luke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mayo were awarded a corner in the 45th minute after Papato Tatengue's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Evelio Goren took the corner. The corner led Mayo's Evelio Goren to fire away a dangerous shot which Filiberto Luke despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Des Gill to make the kick off. Filiberto Luke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Des Gill, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the match, Papato Tatengue's goal looked a bit too open when Des Gill came free, but Filiberto Luke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A throw-in in the 57th minute of the game was made by William Symons with Evelio Goren as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Marcus Deacon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victoriano Flor went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Mayo made a substitution. Johnnie Osbourn replaced Evelio Goren. Marcus Deacon was a little too slow when Cipriano Bernat got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 3-3. 80 minutes into the match, Papato Tatengue's Cipriano Bernat sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcus Deacon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Filiberto Luke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Burton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filiberto Luke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Burton in the 96th minute of play.
