In the 5th minute, Kalju Palk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tapa Athlétic™ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. A collision led to Tapa Athlétic™ getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Kara Teka hit a great ball. Ahmet Kadri Adılhan was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 8th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Atilano Jerico kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Luis Quirce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kalju Palk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 27 played minutes Tapa Athlétic™ got a freekick which was hit by Vahur Nirk. Heigo Mustkivi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ahmet Kadri Adılhan went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Emil Tomasson struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Heigo Mustkivi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CACYFA. Luis Quirce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vahur Nirk in the 36th minute of the match. Tapa Athlétic™'s Heigo Mustkivi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Tapa Athlétic™ from getting a goal against them. Luis Quirce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kalju Palk, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 43 minutes had been played when some careless play by CACYFA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. 武 太史慈 was slow to take the kick. During this time Tapa Athlétic™'s players had a chance to rest. 武 太史慈 made a great header on Tapa Athlétic™'s corner, it was just that CACYFA's Luis Quirce managed to reach the ball for a save. Gheorghiţă Hagi struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Luis Quirce didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tapa Athlétic™. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mugurel Chiriloaie was the one to do the kick off. In the 50th match minute, Tapa Athlétic™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vahur Nirk to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Czornomaz in the 54th minute of play forced Tapa Athlétic™'s goalkeeper Heigo Mustkivi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CACYFA's Ahmet Kadri Adılhan got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 57 minutes, Mugurel Chiriloaie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tapa Athlétic™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Mugurel Chiriloaie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Heigo Mustkivi came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by CACYFA's Adrian Czornomaz. But to his dismay, Adrian Czornomaz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Luis Quirce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mugurel Chiriloaie in the 74th minute of play. Tapa Athlétic™'s Roland Muusik was substituted for Gheorghiţă Hagi. CACYFA's Gaspar Dunixi was substituted for Adrian Czornomaz. A collision led to CACYFA getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Faustino Cuarto hit a great ball. Mugurel Chiriloaie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Luis Quirce made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Emeterio in the 82nd minute of play forced Tapa Athlétic™'s goalkeeper Heigo Mustkivi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mugurel Chiriloaie's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 85thth minute, Luis Quirce skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Mugurel Chiriloaie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Luis Quirce made a huge save. For all the effort they put into the match, the Tapa Athlétic™ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for CACYFA.
