Olgierd Mojsiewicz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 8th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Khalid Gottschalk. Hemmersbacher SV's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 10th minute, Fréderic Brun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 11th minute Daniel Golembiewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khalid Gottschalk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erik Exposito to make the kick off. With a little luck, Hemmersbacher SV's Khalid Gottschalk got control of the ball when Daniel Golembiewski tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 55 played minutes Daniel Golembiewski rounded Hemmersbacher SV's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-4. Hemmersbacher SV's Khalid Gottschalk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Hemmersbacher SV from getting a goal against them. KP Primator Oława's Erik Exposito got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zenon Pluciennik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Scott Herz, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute.
