An unexpectedly hard shot by Pascal Klingen in the 14th minute of play forced ≮王者归来≯ 君临天下's goalkeeper 肖升昂 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ergün Şener made an important save on a dangerous shot by Waclaw Olchowy in the 16th minute. 肖升昂 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xie Sheng Yan in the 18th minute of play. 肖升昂 came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by NoWayOut's Xie Sheng Yan. But to his dismay, Xie Sheng Yan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. NoWayOut's Ergün Şener played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by León Argento in the 20th minute of play. Ergün Şener stood somewhat misplaced when León Argento came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 25 minute. 29 minutes into the match, NoWayOut's goalkeeper Ergün Şener had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Waclaw Olchowy. 31 minutes into the match, NoWayOut's goal looked a bit too open when Lv Yan Xiang came free, but Ergün Şener reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ergün Şener took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from León Argento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Waclaw Olchowy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ergün Şener having to interfere. In the 40th minute Lv Yan Xiang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ergün Şener saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. León Argento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Ergün Şener made a huge save. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

NoWayOut's Vilgot Rang was substituted for Ashley Elliot. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frédson Freddie was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, NoWayOut was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samet Ergökmen to maneuver through the defense.
