ROJO's Aldo Kaxen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save ROJO from getting a goal against them. Mateo Primeiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Aldo Kaxen made a huge save. ROJO's Aldo Kaxen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Alcalde in the 18th minute of play. With an all-out effort, SISTRELLS's Aldo Kaxen threw himself towards the right post 19 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sheldon Cooper, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After taking down the ball on ROJO's corner Samuel Benet fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Filomeno Benedicto quite easily take care of the ball. Rafael Policarpio was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 30 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute, one of ROJO:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ROJO. Aldo Kaxen had in the 32ndth minute some difficulties stopping Celso Sandaili's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. ROJO's Aldo Kaxen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save ROJO from getting a goal against them. 34 minutes into the match, ROJO's goal looked a bit too open when Albert Alcalde came free, but Aldo Kaxen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the ROJO defense, Mateo Primeiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aldo Kaxen. The ROJO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aldo Kaxen should have stopped the shot. SISTRELLS's Filomeno Benedicto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eulalio Quilo in the 44th minute of play. In the 45th minute, Eulalio Quilo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filomeno Benedicto was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sheldon Cooper to make the kick off. Aldo Kaxen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateo Primeiro in the 53rd minute of play.
