Dito Novaes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Benito Gaufred put it in 1-6 from a short distance just to the right of Benê Goiano. Álvaro Gaspar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 93rdth minute tested the skills of Benê Goiano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dito Novaes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Orlando Nóbrega's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. The 20 DE SETEMBRO supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching VARGINHA FC's performance. The match ended with a win for VARGINHA FC.
