The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mattias Olofsson made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when João Augusto Barral sent off a good shot on target. Skull Sport F.C's Jimmy Lundin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Hellqvist in the 6th minute of play. After 7 minutes Skull Sport F.C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pelle Smedfeldt who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Pelle Smedfeldt almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Skull Sport F.C's Jimmy Lundin did a great save. Mattias Olofsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cui Xiang Zhen in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Levandowsky in the 15th minute of play forced StraX Xenon FC's goalkeeper Mattias Olofsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jimmy Lundin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakob Palmkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Torbjörn Brummer struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Jimmy Lundin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for StraX Xenon FC. Skull Sport F.C's Jimmy Lundin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torbjörn Brummer in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute Jakob Palmkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimmy Lundin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute, Pelle Smedfeldt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee felt a red card was in order, 28 minutes into the game, when Sigvard Frykberg put in a rough tackle. Cui Xiang Zhen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Mattias Olofsson made a huge save. Jimmy Lundin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Hellqvist in the 35th minute of play. Pelle Smedfeldt struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. The supporters of Skull Sport F.C booed when StraX Xenon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Gernberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cui Xiang Zhen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Mattias Olofsson made a huge save. Jonas Hellqvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jimmy Lundin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Robert Levandowsky was the one to do the kick off. After 50 played minutes StraX Xenon FC got a freekick which was hit by Ulrik Göransson. When Ulrik Göransson fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored StraX Xenon FC's protests and gave Ulrik Göransson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 53rd match minute, StraX Xenon FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulrik Göransson to maneuver through the defense. Jimmy Lundin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Hellqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Jakob Palmkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Jimmy Lundin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute Jonas Hellqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimmy Lundin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th minute, Ragnar Runeberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. StraX Xenon FC's Christer Zachrisson was substituted for Villiam Johnsson. StraX Xenon FC made a substitution. Rikard Arhenius replaced Hugo Gernberg. StraX Xenon FC's Tomas Asserlindh was substituted for Jonas Hellqvist. Mattias Olofsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Augusto Barral in the 83rd minute of play. In the 86th minute of the match Ulrik Göransson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jimmy Lundin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Skull Sport F.C's Jimmy Lundin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Asserlindh in the 87th minute of play. Tomas Asserlindh's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jimmy Lundin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Valério Pires kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. StraX Xenon FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
