The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Máximo Portero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tolga Yeğiner in the 3rd minute of the match. Máximo Portero came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by 1863 Boğaziçi Revizyon's Tolga Yeğiner. The Amelie FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Máximo Portero should have stopped the shot. If Idar Dyrstad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 27 minutes into the match, 1863 Boğaziçi Revizyon's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Millano came free, but İsa Ulaç reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Saul Silvanito to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Idar Dyrstad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but İsa Ulaç saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The 1863 Boğaziçi Revizyon fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Máximo Portero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hüseyin Turan Esay, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
