In the 8thth minute of the game Gong Ao Guang who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ReAl Coholicos's Allan Saraiva was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 12 minutes into the match, ReAl Coholicos's Almir Travassos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xaiver Rosende narrowly saved just below the crossbar. ReAl Coholicos's Allan Saraiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gong Ao Guang in the 17th minute of play. C.A. Peñarol's Nicolas Alen got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gong Ao Guang scored 0-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Allan Saraiva, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to C.A. Peñarol getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Maximino Torrealba hit a great ball. After 27 minutes C.A. Peñarol's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind ReAl Coholicos's goalkeeper Allan Saraiva, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Allan Saraiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gong Ao Guang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximiliano Bilintx got free with Xaiver Rosende in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. C.A. Peñarol's Xaiver Rosende proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save C.A. Peñarol from getting a goal against them. ReAl Coholicos's Allan Saraiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gong Ao Guang in the 38th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Gong Ao Guang notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of ReAl Coholicos's Allan Saraiva. Peñarol's supporters rose to their feet, but Anselmo Velin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Allan Saraiva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Peñarol's Anselmo Velin got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. ReAl Coholicos's Prospero Cibran was substituted for Maximiliano Bilintx. Anselmo Velin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Allan Saraiva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play.
