An unexpectedly hard shot by Cyryl Lodowy in the 33rd minute of play forced Stjärnblomster's goalkeeper Kenny Blom to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kacper Gamza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingvar Isaksson in the 35th minute of the match. Gotham City's Kacper Gamza tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Stjärnblomster made a substitution. Mikael Billström replaced Olle Sandström. Leszek Mruk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Kenny Blom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dominik Noworolnik in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kenny Blom saved Stjärnblomster from getting behind. Gotham City made a substitution. Izydor Gierlach replaced Dominik Noworolnik. Gotham City's Roberto Mendonça quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Greger Odén, made in the 93rd minute of the game. Gotham City's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
