Manolito Appe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Arnoldo Leicea made a huge save. With a little luck, MarineerS FK's Arnoldo Leicea got control of the ball when Urtungo Santander tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cezmi Gök scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Misael Solera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 27th minute Cezmi Gök shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Misael Solera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Misael Solera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Žydrūnas Pauža in the 39th minute of the match. 43 minutes into the game, Illan Fernandez threw the ball into play from the sideline. MarineerS FK's Mecnun Seha quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 44 played minutes Cañamero C.F. got a freekick which was hit by Velasco Marcilla. After 45 played minutes, MarineerS FK's Kıvanç Balyemez shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Misael Solera came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in MarineerS FK reached it. Kıvanç Balyemez kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After 47 played minutes, Cañamero C.F.'s Rainer Bonhof shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arnoldo Leicea came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cañamero C.F. reached it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
The corner went over the outstretched arms of Cañamero C.F.'s goalie and right to Mecnun Seha. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Cañamero C.F.'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when MarineerS FK's Mecnun Seha in the 53rd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Misael Solera was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Cañamero C.F. through an amazing save. Misael Solera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Žydrūnas Pauža, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 56th minute, Radja Head left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cañamero C.F. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 59th minute, Derviş Akçınar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st minute Žydrūnas Pauža shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Misael Solera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Rydberg in the 62nd minute of play forced Cañamero C.F.'s goalkeeper Misael Solera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cañamero C.F.'s Misael Solera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Žydrūnas Pauža in the 69th minute of play. Carl Rundell had several of the Cañamero C.F.'s defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 70 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed Misael Solera as he didn't even see the shot coming. MarineerS FK made a substitution. Volkan Coşan replaced Cezmi Gök. Misael Solera was out of position in the 75 minute of play, and Valentin Rydberg capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Valentin Rydberg really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Misael Solera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tekin Batırhan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Žydrūnas Pauža put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Misael Solera. Misael Solera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Žydrūnas Pauža in the 82nd minute of play. Misael Solera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carl Rundell in the 86th minute. With an all-out effort, MarineerS FK's Misael Solera threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Valentin Rydberg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Arnoldo Leicea made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. MarineerS FK made a substitution. Serafino Modestio replaced Mecnun Seha. MarineerS FK were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Cañamero C.F.'s much stronger midfield.
