The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Oshyros ll's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Birkan Balıkçı was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Huang Tian Ao hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Vakoufi Utd's Charis Raftopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 孙翀轩 in the 20th minute of play. Fumo Pocock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Themis Pepper in the 21st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Vakoufi Utd's zone, 孙翀轩 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charis Raftopoulos came out of the goal and 孙翀轩 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fumo Pocock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konstantinos Tsevas in the 32nd minute of play. Konstantinos Tsevas took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fumo Pocock. Fumo Pocock dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 45th minute, Oshyros ll's Djamel Autret ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Charis Raftopoulos. Charis Raftopoulos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristian Egoitz to strike the kick off in the second half. If Cristian Egoitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Charis Raftopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 孙翀轩 in the 54th minute of the match. Charis Raftopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 孙翀轩 in the 54th minute of play. Oshyros ll's François Marotte was substituted for Cristian Egoitz. With a little luck, Oshyros ll's Fumo Pocock got control of the ball when Hüseyin Ağyar tried to sneak it across the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Vakoufi Utd's goal looked a bit too open when François Marotte came free, but Charis Raftopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Charis Raftopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Djamel Autret in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Themis Pepper hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Charis Raftopoulos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Djamel Autret went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. In the 81st minute Andreas Korpetis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fumo Pocock saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 84 minutes, Isaac Intxixu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oshyros ll's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaac Intxixu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Konstantinos Tsevas in the 88th minute of play forced Oshyros ll's goalkeeper Fumo Pocock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Fumo Pocock successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers François Marotte in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Charis Raftopoulos saved Vakoufi Utd from getting behind. In the 92nd minute Djamel Autret shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charis Raftopoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andreas Korpetis in the 95th minute of play forced Oshyros ll's goalkeeper Fumo Pocock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
